Why founder-led onboarding exists
Most SaaS onboarding is a video, a checklist, and a chatbot. That's fine when the product is a form builder — it's not fine when you're deciding how to be seen inside AI answer engines that are re-shaping how people find brands.
We're a small enough team, and this shift is important enough, that Daavid (co-founder) still runs the strategy call personally.
What the first call covers
A 30-minute Google Meet with Daavid. On the call:
- Your goals. What does "winning" look like for you — SMB visibility, enterprise mentions, agency retention, local-pack coverage?
- Your prompt set. We review the prompts we auto-generated, prune weak ones, and add the ones only you know are important.
- Your competitors. We validate the auto-detected list, add any we missed, remove noise.
- Your channels. We pick the two-to-four channels you'll actually publish to. Better to nail LinkedIn + your blog than to spread thin.
- Your voice. We walk through your brand memory (colours, tone, do-not-say list) so drafts sound like you.
You leave with a concrete plan and a first-batch content calendar.
