First stop — these docs
Everything about how the product works lives here. The search box at the top-left of the docs sidebar covers titles, headings, and body content. If you can find the answer in 30 seconds, you probably don't need to talk to us.
Every doc also has a Copy as Markdown and Ask ChatGPT button — great for pasting a doc into your own AI assistant and asking it a follow-up question.
Reply to any GeoNexo email and it lands in a shared inbox monitored during business hours (CET). We aim for same-day responses on paid plans, next business day on free.
For anything sensitive (billing, account access, security), please use the email that owns the account — it lets us verify without an extra round-trip.
The founder call
For anything strategic, book time directly with Daavid. Use the "Book a strategy call with Daavid" button at the bottom of any doc, or find it in your dashboard sidebar.
What the call covers:
- Initial setup call (once, after signup)
- Bi-weekly strategy check-ins (paid plans, ongoing)
- One-off ad-hoc calls when something feels off or you're planning a big move
Format: 20–30 minutes on Google Meet. No slides. Screen-shared dashboard, focused discussion, action items sent by email afterwards.
What we're best at helping with
- GEO strategy — what prompts to add, what channels to prioritise, how to interpret the score
- Content voice calibration — if the drafts don't yet sound like you, we fix it together
- Reading competitor movements — spotting a rising competitor early and reacting
- Integrations — walking through OAuth issues, custom blog setups, RSS quirks
What we're not
- A general-purpose SEO consultancy — we know GEO deeply; for backlink strategy or classic on-page work you have better options
- A content agency — we generate drafts, we don't ghost-write brand strategy in Google Docs
- 24/7 phone support — we're a small team, on purpose
Community
We don't run a Slack. Between founder access, docs, and email, we've found that a dedicated community adds friction without adding much value at this stage. If that changes, you'll hear from us.
